On Monday November 13th, Cherry Knot celebrated their 1 year anniversary! Cherry Knot is a Chicago based, artist-run curation group conceived by Peach Miller, Amanda Thomas, and Rain Shanks.

We’re excited to announce a second issue of Magazine, TM.

Our first issue sold out with a run of 75 hand assembled accordion bound copies. The second issue will continue to focus on creating meaningful experiences for artists and writers from submissions to events

On June 10th, 2023, Magazine TM held their rooftop release party in Downtown Chicago. Magazine TM is Chicago-based Magazine created by Ray Seebeck, Cristiaan Jackson, Alexis Vondran, Kimberly Ha, and Joey Starling.

On Nov 11 2022, “Soft Noise” opened at The Plan in Chicago. Curated by Chris Reeves and Aaron Walker, “Soft Noise” includes work by artists Betsy Odom, Eileen Mueller, Peach, Willa Smart, Elena Ailes, Paige Naylor, and Academy Records’ - Stephen Lacy, Ro Lundberg, and Cathy Hsiao.

Guide to a Healthy Body II is a continuation to my series Guide to a Healthy Body. While the first iteration was a documentation of my personal experience of what health looks like, or is expected of a person with my characteristics (black, female, fuller figured/“plus-size”); it was still an expanded critique of society's standard of health, beauty, and diet.

Nicolás Perea born in Mexico City, is currently based in Chicago where he performs as Nico Play. Nicolás’s solo debut has been a string of single releases, a bilingual melange written in Spanish and English, each one filled with solid grooves and contemplative lyrics.

Samuel Tuft’s Pink Dot Nudes is a delicious display of color, light, and fuzzy cheeks.

When I first saw the Pink Dot Nudes series, I thought “Somebody has got to come and look at this!”

“Guide to a Healthy Body” is an incredibly beautiful and profound piece. Equal parts poetry and photography, Jasmine Veronica draws on the irony of the language and images we are fed on social media, that tell us what it means to be “healthy”, “fit”, and “in-shape”.
